Guest sullinss Posted September 16, 2009 Report Share Posted September 16, 2009 Proceedings of the Audit Committee School District No. 2, Yellowstone County High School District No. 2, Yellowstone County Billings, Montana December 10, 2008 Call to Order Chair Marcy Mutch called the Audit Committee to order at 11:35 a.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 in Room 213 of the Lincoln Center. Committee members in attendance were Marcy Mutch, Peter Gesuale, Joel Guthals, and Tim Trafford (by telephone). Absent were members Laura Bailey and Jack Eagle. Also attending were Chief Financial Officer Thomas Harper, and John Jacobsen of EideBailly LLP. Draft Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for Year Ended 2008 Thomas advised as part of the review process there was a 63-page check list he reviewed and all issues raised were addressed. The Committee reviewed the CAFR revisions and the balance of the report. The editing was completed and the changes were insignificant. Peter Gesuale moved to recommend acceptance by the Board of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report FY2008. Marcy Mutch seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Adjournment There being no further business, Marcy Mutch moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:25 p.m. Peter Gesuale seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
