Review/discussion of second-cut scenario list and completed research/documentation (1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours) (See attached Second-Cut Scenario List) - ST-1: John - ST-2: Barb - ST-3: Matt - LT-1: Barb 2. Comparison of Senior High School options: rebuilding vs. remodeling ( 30 minutes) - Tear down and rebuild (Ludlow and Ed)’ - Remodel (Randy) 3. Discussion of public communication about second-cut scenarios (20 minutes) - Letter sent to board, et al. - Report on presentation at West End Rotary - Development of detailed plan/schedule – in concert with Nancy Hines - Compilation of public comments 3.
