Call to Order

 

The Budgeting For Results Committee of School District No. 2, Yellowstone County and High School District No. 2, Yellowstone County, Montana met at Lincoln Center, 415 North 30th Street, Billings, Montana, on Monday, December 14, 2009. Committee Chair Joel Guthals called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and led those assembled in the Pledge of Allegiance. Budgeting For Results Committee members present were: Sandie Mammenga, Rod Gottula, Joan Sleeth, Bruce MacIntyre, Deana Elder, Joel Guthals, Paige Darden, Peter Gesuale, Peter Grass, and Barbara Bryan. Committee members absent were Don Stanaway, Ross Johnson, and Kelly Donovan. Also in attendance were: Kathy Olson, Nancy Hines, Jack Copps, Dan Martin, Thomas Harper, Scott Anderson, Gail Surwill, Teresa Stroebe, Leo Hudetz, David Munson, Mary Jo Fox, Joyce Weber, Karen Palmer, Rich Whitney, and Malcolm Goodrich.

Registered guests were: Tom Bick, Jim Hartung, Rob Rogers, Sandra Abraham, Pam Dimich, Mark Restad, Amy Griffin, and Nikki Laurenzo of KTVQ.

Communication From the Public

No one wished to address the Committee.

Consent Agenda

Bruce MacIntyre moved to recommend Board approval of the Consent Agenda items as follows:

1. Minutes of November 09, 2009

2. Addition of Life Skills Cooking ECA Fund Account at Washington

3. Addition of Library Trust Fund Account at Orchard

Peter Grass seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

 

Bills Paid – November, 2009

 

Rod Gottula moved to recommend Board approval of the bills paid for November, 2009. Bruce MacIntyre seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

 

Adjournment

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
