BOARD QUORUM NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of either the Billings Elementary School District No. 2 Board of Trustees or the Billings High School District No. 2 Board of Trustees may be present at an AA Day of Advocacy Caucus to be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 between 12:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the MTSBA Offices, 863 Great Northern Blvd., Suite 301, and the State Capitol in Helena, MT. No Board action shall be taken.

 

Although this event is not designed to be a meeting of the Trustees, a quorum of either Board may be present to participate in this event and to meet with and listen to other Caucus participants and Legislators. Since a quorum may be present, this notice is given pursuant to Montana law.
