BOARD QUORUM NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of either the Billings Elementary School District No. 2 Board of Trustees or the Billings High School District No. 2 Board of Trustees may be present at a meeting of the City of Billings to be held on Thursday, February 10, 2011 between 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. at the City Administration Building, 210 N. 27th, Billings, MT. No Board action shall be taken.

 

Although this event is not designed to be a meeting of the Trustees, a quorum of either Board may be present to meet with representatives of the City of Billings to discuss items pertaining to Tax Incremental Finance (TIF), Collaborative Planning, and Energy Star. Since a quorum may be present, this notice is given pursuant to Montana law.
