coen Posted May 10, 2011 Report Share Posted May 10, 2011 BOARD OF TRUSTEES, SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2 and BILLINGS HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2 BOARD QUORUM NOTICE Thursday, May 12, 2011 12:00 p.m. City Council Conference Room 210 North 27th Street Notice is hereby given that a quorum of either the Billings Elementary School District No. 2 Board of Trustees or the Billings High School District No. 2 Board of Trustees may be present at a quarterly meeting of the City Council and School District. This is not designed to be a meeting of the Trustees. No Board action shall be taken. Although this event is not designed to be a meeting of the Trustees, a quorum of either Board may be present to participate in this event and to listen to community members.
