BOARD QUORUM NOTICE

 

Friday, June 10, 2011 1:00-5:00 p.m.

Saturday, June 11, 2011 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of either the Billings Elementary School District No. 2 Board of Trustees or the Billings High School District No. 2 Board of Trustees may be present at the Montana School Boards Association (MTSBA) Delegate Assembly and/or the MTSBA Leadership Symposium and/or the Newly Elected Trustee Symposium. These are not designed to be meetings of the Trustees. No Board action shall be taken.

 

Although these events are not designed to be meetings of the Trustees, a quorum of either Board may be present to participate in these events and to listen to community members. Since a quorum may be present, this notice is given pursuant to Montana law.
