Yellowstone County High School District No. 2, Yellowstone County Billings, Montana September 18, 2011 CALL TO ORDER Committee members met at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 18, 2011, in Room 213 of the Lincoln Center. Ad Hoc Committee members in attendance were Trustees Greta Besch Moen, and Connie Wardell. Also in attendance were Superintendent, R. Keith Beeman, Ph. D. Josh Middleton, Ed. D., Assistant Superintendent – Administration and Operations, Scott Anderson, Administration and Operational Support, Trustee Pam Ellis, and Jeff Greenfield, BEA President. COMMUNICATION FROM THE PUBLIC There was no communication from the Public. VISIONING Dr. Beeman handed out the most up-to-date lists of attendees/participants for the leadership group, community focus group, and staff, parent, student, and ICT groups. Committee members discussed final confirmations to the list. Josh Middleton said final arrangements have been confirmed for the visioning events. Prakash Nair will be available to meet with Trustees individually or as a group, Wednesday, September 21, 2011 between 2:30-5:30 p.m. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, adjourned the meeting.
