coen Posted November 11, 2011 Report Share Posted November 11, 2011 Proceedings of the Board of Trustees District No. 2, Yellowstone County High School District No. 2, Yellowstone County Billings, Montana November 8, 2011 Call to Order The Special Board Meeting of the Board of Trustees of School District No. 2, Yellowstone County, Montana, and the High School District, Yellowstone County, Montana was duly held at The Lincoln Center, 415 North 30th Street, Billings, Montana on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Roll Call Those attending were: Trustees Teresa Stroebe, Connie Wardell, Greta Besch Moen, Kathy Aragon; Clerk Leo Hudetz, Jeff Greenfield, Kathy Olson, Rob Rogers, Brian Murphy, Amanda Venegas, Jodi Schreiber, Mary Westwood, Karen Moses, and Sue Vinton. At 12:45 p.m. it was determined that a quorum of the board was not present. Since there was no quorum present, Trustee Wardell made a motion to adjourn this meeting and convene as a work session. Trustee Moen seconded the motion, and it passed unanimously.
