Date/Time Location Intent/Focus/Objective December 13, 2011 – 10 a.m. Room 216, Lincoln Reporting of child abuse and neglect Informational December 20, 2011 – 10 a.m. Senior High Library Conference Rm. 425 Grand Ave. Board meeting review January 3, 2012 – 9 a.m. Will James MS 1200 30th St. West Informational January 10, 2012 – 10 a.m. Room 216, Lincoln Informational January 17, 2012 – 10 a.m. Room 216, Lincoln Board meeting review January 24, 2012 – 10 a.m. Room 216, Lincoln Informational January 31, 2012 – 10 a.m. Room 216, Lincoln Informational Unless otherwise noticed, meetings are intended to be informational, generally report driven, at each division and level of the School District’s organizational design. Informational meetings may include a deliberative element, as efforts are necessary to address timely issues and needs and to coordinate administrative responsibilities and involvement. COLT meetings that include a specific focus and/or deliberative objective that may influence board action or administrative procedure will be properly noticed to include the specific subject matter. Members of the public may attend and sign up to speak during a citizen comment time.
