Diane Blevins Posted May 1, 2012 Report Share Posted May 1, 2012 Proceedings of the Audit Committee School District No. 2, Yellowstone County High School District No. 2, Yellowstone County Billings, Montana December 12, 2011 CALL TO ORDER The Audit Committee Meeting of the Board of Trustees of School District No. 2, Yellowstone County, Montana, and High School District, Yellowstone County, Montana, was duly held at The Lincoln Center, 415 North 30th Street, Billings, Montana, December 12, 2011, at 12:00 p.m. Members present included Trustees Greta Besch Moen, Pam Ellis, Chair Marcy Mutch, and Todd Preston. Others present included Sheri Weidinger, Jeri Anton, District Clerk Leo Hudetz, Josh Middleton, Patricia Hubbard, and Edie Hanson. Trustee Graves was absent. REVIEW DRAFT CAFR Chair Mutch reported Laura Bailey plans to resign from the committee. She asked those present to notify the district if they know of anyone who would be willing to serve. Those present reviewed the CAFR and made changes as suggested by Ms. Mutch. Changes will be made to the report and a meeting was set for Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. to approve the report. The final report will be on the agenda for the regularly scheduled board meeting on December 19, 2011.
