Trustees and superintendents from area school districts have also been invited to attend this reception. The reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2005, at the Depot, 2310 Montana Avenue in Billings. Notice is hereby given that a quorum of either the Billings Elementary School District 2 Board of Trustees or the Billings High School District 2 Board of Trustees may be present at this reception. This meeting is not designed to be a business meeting of the Trustees and no Board action will be taken at this meeting. However, a quorum of either Board may be present to participate in this discussion. Since a quorum may be present, this notice is given pursuant to Montana law.
