POLICY 1700 APPEAL MEETING – A panel of Board will consider the appeal of the Superintendent’s decision concerning a complaint filed by a parent. The panel members are Trustees Kelker, Guthals and Goodrich. The presiding officer may close part or all of the meeting pertaining to this item pursuant to Montana law and Board policy. Before closing a meeting, the presiding officer must determine and publicly state that the demands of individual privacy exceed the merits of public disclosure.
