Purpose: The Purpose of the School Community Committee is:

A committee provides thorough review/hearing of issues, and may recommend

an action to the Board. (Board Policy 1008)

The SCC is charged with reviewing and evaluating programs and processes which

may directly impact or involve the community at large. (Board Procedure 1008-R)
