This meeting is not designed to be a meeting of the Trustees. No Board action shall be taken at this meeting. Although this meeting is not designed to be a meeting of the Trustees, a quorum of either Board may be present to participate in this discussion and to listen to community members. Since a quorum may be present, this notice is given pursuant to Montana law.
