PRE AGENDA BUSINESS: • Approval of minutes • Public comments AGENDA 1. Presentation of alternative solutions for the high schools (60 minutes +/-) • Solution scenarios presented by each sub-committee • Pros and cons of each alternative 2. Group discussion of solution scenarios (60 minutes +/-) • Selection of a group of most workable and desirable solutions • Defendable reasons for selection • Determine approach, responsibilities and time frame for refinement of most workable solutions 3. Miscellaneous items: i. Communications Plan update (noontime special speaker presentations/discussions) ii. Anything else? iii.
