Guest sullinss Posted December 20, 2006 Report Share Posted December 20, 2006 Proceedings of the Audit Committee School District No. 2, Yellowstone County High School District No. 2, Yellowstone County Billings, Montana December 04, 2006 Call to Order Chair Jane McCracken called the Audit Committee to order at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, December 04, 2006 in Room 213 of the Lincoln Center. Committee members in attendance were Jane McCracken, Malcolm Goodrich, Dale Getz, Marcy Mutch, and Jack Eagle. Absent was member Joel Guthals. Also attending were Chief Financial Officer Thomas Harper, Auditor Sara Collins of EideBailly LLP, District Clerk Leo Hudetz, Controller Sheri Weidinger, and Accountants Jeri Anton and Donna Obie. Finish reviewing Draft Annual Financial Report For Year Ended 2006 Committee members reviewed each page of the Management Discussion and Analysis, the Financial Statements, Footnotes, and Management Letter and editing changes will be made for the final report. Malcolm Goodrich left the meeting at 12:30 p.m. Jane will present the Management Letter comments, the A-133 Findings, and the Opinion to the Budgeting For Results Committee this evening and ask them to follow-up on items that need to be monitored next year. The Audit Committee will present the audit to the Trustees at their Regular December 18, 2006 meeting for acceptance and approval for submission to the State. Dale Getz moved to approve the Annual Financial Report for Year Ended June 30, 2006 and recommend submission to the Board as amended today and last week. Marcy Mutch seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
