Meeting will start at 6:30 PM sharp. PRE AGENDA BUSINESS • Approval of previous minutes • Public comments AGENDA 1. Overview of the creative problem solving process (15 minutes) Presentation by professional facilitator Ann Clancy; comments by co-chairs and brief group discussion 2. Presentation by Tim Cramer of the Lockwood Steering Committee (15 minutes) School issues under discussion in Lockwood. 3. Develop a list of shared beliefs that we will address in our school planning efforts. (30 minutes) (Agreed to principles, issues, problems and/or conditions that we will address.) 4. Develop a list of the criteria we will use in evaluating alternative solution scenarios. (30 minutes) (Cost / benefit analysis methodology) 5. Communications plan update (15 minutes) Update on: - Schedule of noon seminar series at MSUB downtown. - Request to school board to clear communications about the committee with us. - Proposed meeting between committee and SD2 Board of Trustees 6.
