coen Posted April 4, 2007 Report Share Posted April 4, 2007 Proceedings of the Board of Trustees District No. 2, Yellowstone County High School District No. 2, Yellowstone County Billings, Montana April 3, 2007 Call to Order The Agenda Setting Meeting of the Board of Trustees of School District No. 2, Yellowstone County, Montana, and the High School District, Yellowstone County, Montana was duly held at The Lincoln Center, 415 North 30th Street, Billings, Montana on Tuesday, April 3, 2007. The meeting was called to order at 12:10 p.m. by Dawn Achten who was the only trustee present at that time. Chair Malcolm Goodrich and Trustee Sandra Mossman were excused. Trustee Kathy Aragon arrived late at 12:15 p.m., and Kathy Kelker arrived close to 12:25 p.m. Clerk Leo Hudetz and Thomas Harper were present. Kathy Olson arrived late. Dawn Achten went over the proposed agenda. The Superintendent will present an update on the mill levy information. Trustee Mossman will do a legislative update. Thomas Harper will update the Board on the budget. There will be no in-depth discussion of budget at that time. Clerk Hudetz explained that the trustees who are running unopposed can be elected by acclamation at the next meeting. This has to take place after April 12 which is the date for write-in candidate registration. There will be a book appeal panel hearing on Friday, April 13.
